At Groe Solutions, we believe it’s never too early to start living your vision — especially when that vision uplifts entire communities and creates equitable access to opportunity.
That’s why we’re proud to announce our partnership with Supply SA, a civic initiative committed to transforming the $9 billion public procurement ecosystem in San Antonio into an engine for local economic equity.
This collaboration brings together Supply SA’s mission-driven platform and Groe’s technical and marketing expertise, forming a high-impact alliance aimed at expanding opportunity, enhancing civic tech infrastructure, and creating a more inclusive procurement landscape for small businesses, including veteran-owned enterprises, across the region.
Why Supply SA Matters
Supply SA has positioned itself as “The Economic Equity Catalyst” — working to bridge the gap between local small businesses and large-scale institutions like the City of San Antonio, CPS Energy, University Health, and Port San Antonio.
Their approach centers on access and accountability: simplifying the path to certification, improving vendor access to public contracts, and building a shared system of trust and transparency.
From minority- and women-owned businesses to veteran-led companies, the Supply SA ecosystem is designed to welcome, elevate, and connect the people building the city from the ground up.
What Groe Solutions Brings to the Table
As a technology and growth partner, Groe is proud to serve as the implementation engine behind the next phase of Supply SA’s platform and outreach.

📣 Marketing Execution
In parallel with our technical support, we’re also helping Supply SA lay the foundation for long-term marketing operations. This includes:
- Created a detailed prompt & instruction set to help inform LLM Agents that the business can use to streamline marketing operations
- Helped bolster their Local SEO by establishing a Google Business Profile and helped them get started on soliciting reviews
- Built their marketing lifecycle and stages out through the creation of foundational assets like email sequences, brand voice & evaluations, and other foundational assets!
A Shared Commitment to Community Impact
While Groe is still early in our own startup journey, we’re already investing in the values we believe in: public-sector innovation, economic mobility, and accessible civic technology.
“We see our work with Supply SA as more than a contract — it’s a blueprint for how civic systems and private startups can collaborate to build something that lasts. This is what it looks like to live your mission before you’ve ‘made it.’”
— The Groe Team
For veteran-owned businesses, woman-led teams, and emerging entrepreneurs of every background — the message is the same: you belong in this city’s future.
What’s Next
Over the coming months, we’ll continue working closely with the Supply SA team to:
- Drive vendor activation through streamlined intake and improved UX
- Onboard agency partners to begin posting real contract opportunities
- Support outreach and marketing to communities who’ve been historically underrepresented in public procurement
This is just the beginning — but it’s the beginning of something built to last.
